Technical Support IT position:
Duties: Provide on-site, and remote PC and network technical support to clients. Issues cover a wide range of IT requests such as setup of PCs and peripherals, network issues troubleshooting and repair, application setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
Skills: The ideal candidate should posses working knowledge of PC hardware architecture. Preferabley A+ or/and Network+ certified.
